Who is Dr. Les Wallace? Les is President of Signature Resources Inc. in Aurora, CO. He has a Ph.D. in Communication and Organizational Behavior from the University of Oregon. He has served as university professor and administrator at the two universities and as an administrator at a large urban teaching hospital.

Dr. Wallace is recognized for tracking business environment and workplace trends and their impact upon business and government. His governance book Principles of 21st Century Governance is used widely by boards of directors and his latest book, Personal Success in a Team Environment, is a handbook to help staff contribute to a positive organizational culture and realize personal success.

He is a regular consultant to many national, state and local boards of directors. His work spans consulting with healthcare systems, professional associations, governmental agencies and for profit industry.
